PROJECT:
VCFO desired a professional development workshop to addresses the growing needs around stress management. With COVID protocols, they experienced a lot of change in procedures and policies, not to mention moving to virtual. VCFO wanted to not only do something for morale for the team, but highly considered the seriousness of mental health and burnout.
CLIENT CHALLENGES / PAIN POINTS:
Migrating to virtual operations via Zoom.
Determining how to stay connected and how to show exhibit caring.
Resources taxed due to COVID protocols
I.E. Working from home, parenting while working, not feeling as connected, having to make tough decisions about future moves, exhaustion.
